Pricing questions
Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
No. The 14-day free trial includes Starter plan features (up to 2 domains) and needs no credit card. Your account is never charged automatically when the trial ends — to keep monitoring, you choose a plan and add a payment method.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I go over my monthly email volume?
We email you when you reach 90% of your plan's limit, and there's a 20% grace buffer before monitoring is paused. If you consistently exceed your limit, we'll ask you to move to a larger plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings whenever you like. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed once a year and cost about 17% less than paying monthly — roughly two months free. For example, Starter is $199.90 a year instead of $239.88.
How do I pay?
Payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number. Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes.
I need more than 15 domains. What are my options?
The Enterprise plan includes unlimited domains and email volume, custom retention, dedicated support, a 99.9% uptime SLA, and API access. Enterprise Dedicated adds your own dedicated instance and a 99.95% uptime SLA for $4,990 per year. Contact sales →
